This is a FREE presentation in partnership with Law Squared.

As entrepreneurs, it is important to remember the legal implications of developing an app or marketplace and making sure you are protected for the long-haul. Unfortunately, some entrepreneurs consider their legal and accounting as an afterthought and, often, would rather have a focus on sales and marketing.

Your business’ legal position could be the difference between success and failure. According to start up accelerator Blue Chilli, 1 in 20 Australian start-ups are a success. That means 95% fail. Of those that succeed, 60% fail within the first 3 years.

To assist your business in following the path to success, Law Squared will touch on:

– Business Plans & Structures

– Becoming Employee Ready

– Importance of Contracts and Agreements

– Brand Protection/IP; and

– Insurance
